There are a ton of ripples, waves, and other imperfections in the pavement to make the truly slammed cars (under 3" of clearance) have to slow down and start swerving all over. You can make it through, just at a far slower pace than if your car was stock. So please come and enjoy if your car is slammed, just if you could stay towards the back of the pack so as to not cause a traffic jam behind you for every railroad crossing, dip, etc. Lunch is at around 2:30, if you stay til the very end you'll probably get home around 5-6pm.

Making up the route handouts now, then off to the photocopier. Hope the weather holds up.

Edit: Handout ready. The turns are absolutely impossible to follow on this one, there's over 50 of them so I went with a short list of each planned stop instead (full address, name and approximate time spent in each). This way at the first gas stop if you're interested you can plug each address into your GPS as a chain of destinations. It won't give you the full scenic route, but if you get lost you will easily be able to navigate your way to the next meeting point.

Wow what an epic cruise! Best route I've ever drove and with the best ppl who know how to drive! The lunch stop at 2pm instead of dinner is such a great idea! Thanks Jay for putting this one together and was nice with such a small group no incidents and no idiots passing or cutting each other off! Another one for the books!

Hands down one of the best times I've had! I LOVE having the smaller group of people that can actually drive. It's so much nicer not having slow people hold up the group and/or put us in danger trying to keep up or get ahead when they're not capable of it.

Spotted this duo while getting gas near the meet up:

Some shots I've edited:

I took some fantastic videos but I'm not sure if I'll post them anywhere yet...

Nothing sums it up more than when I caught myself saying out loud "...this reminds me of when I had fun doing these events..."

Fantastic cooperation, timing right on point, safe but quick, capable drivers, and laughs every time I got out the car. Thanks for a great event guys. Let's hope and aim for more of these next year. Cheers

Sounds like all the hyped up drivers (and cars?) went on another cruise and the Max cruise stayed safe and ended up being the better bunch this weekend.

Great job guys! Sorry I couldn't make it out.

Right!

Hoping we stay on this track for next year's events.

... and hoping I'll be able to bring the Z (or something new!)
