Hey Jay, thanks for putting the time and effort into planning out this route! It was a great day! The only issue I had was on the Aspdin road there was 2 sections of road that my exhaust scraped pretty hard.

Thanks for organizing the route Jay, and the friendly shout out to the TrueNorth guys.
Great route....did most of it with just 4-5 guys cause I missed that exit at the gas station in the beginning.....the one you told us not to miss lol.
Anyhow, good times! Funny seeing you guys fly by us in the final stretch...no clue how we got in front, im guessing you guys stopped at that place off the map for photos.
And now......boring winter....

LOL.
He asked me if I was in "a bit of a rush" to get somewhere. I suppose passing 4+ cars at once may have made me look like I was in a bit of a rush...
I said yes, I'm trying to get to dinner on time with the rest of the group who's ahead of me! He told me how that grey E46 M3 got impounded doing 193 (!!!) on Highway 11, said to slow it down, told me to fix my front plate and I was on my way!
AND I still made it to dinner with time to spare.

Also, wanted to say thanks to Jay for organising the event! Had a blast.
Damon, you need to be more aware of your surroundings if you are going to drive like an nut.
Take it from one crazy driver to another
193km/h... damn. That's going to burn a hole in his pocket. LMAO.

E9 is in need of restoration.
Want to add an M5 to the fleet as well.

I wouldn't say it was that nutty. It was the longest straightaway of the entire cruise and traffic was doing at/under the limit. Still had plenty of visibility even by the time I was done the pass... not around blind corners or over hills like some others. Someone in a black E39 actually forced oncoming traffic off of the road passing a red truck over a blind hill ( you know who you are, I'm sure).
Nonetheless, point taken and lesson learned! I realized too late mid-pass what was ahead. Just happy I got let off easy and have a funny story to tell. Should have seen the look on my face when I realized what was in front of me! But yes, I most definitely need glasses and to keep my eyes out further ahead than I did.

Agreed!
If you're bringing a non-bmw stop fighting to be up front...

It helps when you don't bs them either. Lol, funny that you admitted to being in a rush, lmao. It's nice when you get stopped by a copy that isn't on a power trip

I was behind you at one point when you were scraping hard. I somehow ended up in front of you when the 740i with the Alpinas was pushing hard in that section (the bit with the dirt ditch).
When I went through it, I cringed as I knew you'd bottom out. Beautiful E36 M3 btw.
Yes, the newer accord should definitely not be invited on the cruise again.
Thanks again J for a great cruise.

Lol @ an accord jostling for place up front. How was that even possible?
Sucks for that silver m3 owner. But HWY 11 is notorious for OPP. He got served.
