Already saw a number of nice exotics last weekend in Toronto / Markham / Durham which is a good sign to me!

Personally though, not sure if I can make it, but will try.

The weather up North can be pretty nasty, indeed. They also use a hell of a lot more sand and salt. My girlfriend said that the snow up there only really started melting last weekend.

Nonetheless, I'm going home a few days early to take my vert out of storage early and drive it down to Toronto to make it!

Sounds like it's going to be a great cruise! Not sure if I'll go on the cruise part, my 7 isn't the sportiest BMW they've ever made, but I'm certain I'll come for the meet at 9am and meet some new people.

Just got back from the test run. About 70-80% of the route is brand new and you entitled jerks will love it. I have not done such a ground-up reworking of the spring route since 2009 when we first started heading towards the Kararthas. It's a fantastic one! Seriously.

- Round trip back to 401/404 is 500km (ETA 7:00pm)
- Lunch stop @ 1pm
- There will be a group Shell gas break near the halfway point
- Roads are smoother than any past event
- No gravel, stone, or other rally roads on the new route
- Scenery is absurdly nice all day long

I drove up to a friends cottage in the kawarthas a couple summers ago and really wished I wasn't driving an SUV! The roads are gorgeous! So stoked!!
