Exactly, you will just have more fender clearance with that setup.

Keep in mind that a 20mm spacer will make the tire sit as far out as a 265 tire (tire width is changed on both sides of the wheel, while the spacer actually changes the offset side by 20mm). That said, it probably won't rub the fenders with a 20mm spacer. Also, longer bolts and spacers don't provide any more noise.
