How about we all pitch in and buy one copy and then get a place to copy the dvd for us for $8 each or we can rip it to vcd?
because $26 USD is hella expensive for an amateur video

do you know anywhere that will copy the DVD? i want a copy from schnazzy for myself, but who is gonna keep the original if we do your idea?

i know a place in pickering flea market converts vhs to dvd, and they can also do dvd 2 dvd
there might be closer places as well
i dont care about owning the original as long as i get a working copy =)

let's find a place in toronto that does this stuff
(adam looks for his copy of "computer paper" =)

amature or not, that little tease vid is cool, im in only if we do djcontra's way.... Im sure there are places that can make copies of Dvds.

actually there is a new unit that you can copy dvd's or vhs on to dvd. However, i'm sure it is really expensive. I'm going to go check it out tonight.

yeah it's almost a thousand dollars after taxes
I'm going to buy next march the Pioneer DVD-R recorder for the PC for $499 when the price drops. (i have inside sources at pioneer canada that tell me this =)
Right now they're still $649 or something which still isn't too bad considering i paid $785 for my cd burner back in 1994 and i'm still using it now.

the 26 is including shipping, handling, taxes and everything on the 5 dvds...otherwise you have to order it, pay for shipping, handling, taxes, and duties or w/e...its just 26 FLAT...it comes to 130 total with the 5dvds, shipping, handling and what not.
