Easiest way to clean up the tune ?

Just finished the dyno testing my E36 s52 ODB1 rms supercharged. the tune is real safe want to clean up the fuel it runs A/F of 12 at idle and cruising only getting 350km to a tank and no way it will pass an Etest. thinking of using miller WAR chip but looking tough to get a base tune anyone have any ideas. thanks
