e36 stock bumper removal/M3 bumper install

I was wondering if anyone knows of an in-depth DIY for taking off the stock bumper and replacing it with a M3 one? There is a sticky on the boards here, but it isn't too specific picture wise. I'd prefer one with more pictures if possible, I'm a visual learner. hahaha. I don't want to get halfway through it and then get stuck. lol

Does anyone know if the bolts that hold the stock one on are the same as the ones that hold on a M3 one.

Is really not that hard at all. There are a lot plastic plugs that can easily damage if you are not careful. Check the online ETK and compare all the parts. You can also check Bimmerfourm.
