it does kinda sound like a lawnmower, no growl, just farting... Not the car's fault, its the exhaust. As for the smell, didn t know they all have that smell. It was a nice car tho, just the exhaust was a tad much.

all rotary's have that back fire..can't get away from that..just soo much fuel! never buy a rotary for fuel economy..not very good winter cars eaither..ohwell..but ya the farting is the back firing..and you should not run any cats with a rotary..bad for engine, so almost any rotary u see will have no cats. maybe a resonator. and everyone will make that poping sound
and if u wanna hear a growl come check out one of our meet in the summer.
have u heard a 20b 3 rotor go by you doin 9grand, with a open waste gate!
also it was a pretty nice turn out for the meet. i just don't know why u would drive your bmw in snow..and that m coupe..mm does he not have a winter beater..ohwell it was nice though
