1995 e36 Driver legroom

Edit: its a coupe.

Any tall people driving this make?

I'm talking 6'2 or around that.
I'm considering getting this car very much, however after sitting in one today I found myself rather uncomfortable. Could be because I am not used to it at all, and its a standard so it's a huge change from Chevy 2500 van I am driving right now.
I have browsed the internets and found that someone has moved the actual seat and rail further back, or opted for fully adjustable racing seat instead.
Legs are not rubbing the steering wheel or anything like that, just the feeling of being kinda cramped with the seat all the way back (leaving about 2-3 inches between the rear and front seats, tilted back, etc).
Bottom line is, am I actually too tall (34'' inseam) or just getting the awkward feeling from never being in one?
I had a '91 Firebird and had no issues with the driver room in that car whatsoever.

I guess it's just a question of habit. I'm also 6'2" and drive an E30 (even smaller) with no problem.
You'll never have much room behind yourself in a coupe, 2-3 in seems normal to me.

not worried about the back at all, more concerned about if I actually fit in the front properly

LOL I'm 6'1" and this is the first car I've had that I don't have the seat even close to all the way back... Some even taller friends have borrowed my car and noted the same thing. Try messing with the height adjustment as well as the front-back... it makes a few inches of difference (and gives you more headroom). The only real complaint I have is the damned fixed steering wheel, my arms are extended further than I would like... tilt/tele would have been nice!
