Project S62, "I put that s#%t on everything!" E38 content.
So its that time of year again! After several months of collecting parts, we are ready to start the next S62 project!
The car:
2001 E38 740i sport. Rust free body, silver on black, all stock.
The driveline:
2000 M5 with 40K miles, LIKE NEW!!! After almost a year looking for an M5 parts car i found this SUPER clean LOW milage car in the US. The engine runs and looks like new.
The plan:
Full driveline will be stripped off the E38, including subframes, suspension, brakes, gas tank, steering, etc. After cleanup and paint, the S62/6speed/LSD will be installed, along with all new suspension and all bushing. Once done, this car will be tighter than the day it came out of the factory!
Some other changes will be made to the exterior and interior, but stay tuned for the finished product!

Damn. You're creating quite a unique collection of cars there. Once it's done, you need to do a proper photoshoot with the Touring and this thing!
The BMW enthusiast crowd will go nuts.

Yes, the plan is to build the cars BMW never made (but should have!)...
Next logical thing is an M powered 8 i guess! 
Photoshoot will be a must! I still gotta see that Imola beast of yours too.
