Starting problem

Hello Ladies and Gents,

Just picked up another E90 (bought it as is)...when I drive the car until the low fuel warning light comes on, I have difficulty turning the car on after I fill it up...not sure if it's an EVAP issue or not...any thoughts? This happened twice: both times I filled up, the car took three tries to turn on with the assistance of the accelerator pedal on the third try...
