Style 5s

Hey Guys,

I have staggered 18" ASA AR1s on my car and am thinking of changing them up next Summer.

I love the look of Style 5s, when done up nicely (some of which I attached).

Is there a consensus on what models fit best on the e36 without doing any fender work? How much should I expect to: buy wheels? pay to have them polished? get gold bolts?

17" will be an easy fit, 18" square should be OK, 18" staggared can be tricky depending how low, and what tires you use.

I have a set of 17's from E39 in very good shape for sale right now.

Seems to me that the ones in the photos are most likely 18s and they look like the rears have more dish.

In fact, it looks, to me, like the green ones are actually 4 rear wheels - a lot of dish up front!

So a set of staggered 18s require a lot of work to fit?

Yes, the nicer ones are 18's, it all comes down to how low the car is, and what tires you run!

I'm on h&r sport springs and bilstein sport shocks. Was thinking of switching to race springs, in the future, though.

lol the # is right here in red!!!
No 18's (that i'm willing to sell at the moment!) but that might change in spring! IMO even 17's look nice on E36, and the price difference is huge!
My 18's staggared with 225/40/18 did rub a LOT on my E46. Now that i have a square set and 225/35/18 i'm ok, but need at least 10-15mil spacer in the rear...

No they are staggered 18" custom set wearing man size tires.
245/35F - 255/35R.

Both springs are way to soft, to pull of these of on an e36, You will need a set of coilover with custom spring rates. Send us an email we will be happy to help you out on which route you want to go.
