I do agree with you but not at the same time. A lot of it has to do with age. I'm 29 and have had insurance since I was 19 on my own which is why my rates now are so low.
When I first got my E30 I had only liability and was paying $250/m.
...and you can't have 300,000kms on it. Denied over the phone. My car could have been completely restored to new but as soon as I said 300K that was the end of the conversation.
Im 18, clean record, at the time that I had insurance I had my G2 for less than a year and was paying about $218/m liability. It will definitely be lower now as Im closer to 14 months and rates for my civic have dropped quite a bit.
