A very busy very well equipped large independent shop is looking for another technician. Our shop operates on salary and each licensed tech who works here is guarenteed 40 hours per week and has the option to only work said 40 hours. No saturdays. The tech has the choice of simply putting in their 40 hours or overtime is always available. We are really looking for highly experienced BMW technician, preferably soemone who has worked at a BMW dealership with plenty of years under their belt. We would like to pay the right candiadte $80K per year, again this would be a salary position, therefore, no stress of making hours, no stress of trying to sell work. Our shop has been servicing strictly european cars since 1990 primarily BMW and Volvo. We are now looking to move our game forward and really need a highly experienced tech to join our team.
