06 325i E90 won't start

Battery new and is good, lights and radio come on fine.

Push button, no start.

Car has been acting fine up till today. Slight labour on start recently, but always started.

Car sits most of it's life.....less than 3,000km per year.

Any suggestions?

how new is new for the battery?

A battery can still power lights and radio but lose voltage/amperage when it comes time to crank. Maybe get it tested to double check all the cells are ok.

Nope, all accessories are coming on, the battery is one year old installed at BMW Toronto and upgraded to the larger one with programming.

I can hear a faint click under the hood, I'm starting to think it's the starter......I tried boosting it from the under hood boost points with my truck, nothing doing.

It doesnt matter that all accessories are coming on.The battery could still have a dead cell or two.

but with a boost and no turning over probably is the starter.

Is it manual? If so you can push/pull start it.

Turns out it's the starter. It's on it's way to RMP.
