thanks for the info guys!!
also i believe ive found a good maifold, has lifetime warranty
http://www.turbochargingdynamics.com...o_Manifold.php
seems great, and well priced.
also how does the ebay turbo kit seem if it was only 1000? i would of course upgrade the manifold to the one stated above but ill have to get an adapter plate for t4-t3

Can't go wrong with a TCD manifold! Longevity for sure.
Some TCD manifolds (for the M20) require an on-center turbo, instead of the normal offset style you see. You should make sure that's not the case: you don't want to have to get one of those.
You can also get t3 / t4 adapters from ebay for about $35 that move the turbo up / down. I'd ask Todd from TCD if he has any experience with that mani on a e34 like yours.
I would still skip the kit, just make a large list of what you need *exactly* and buy as needed. It will be cheaper for the same quality components.
My list for turbo-ing had "hard" items where I knew exactly what I needed, ie, injectors w/ size / brand / company. Then "soft" items like oil lines, where I knew sort of what I wanted but I'd let the blanks fill in as I went. Sometimes you don't know what you'll need until its time to install due to size, etc.

Ya so i checked on that TCD manifOld and it does require on center tubo, but he said that peoPle have made mounts/adapters to make other t3/t4 turbos work, so i might go for this manifold, still researching

Soo after a headache and a half at the canadian border... They must really like me to keep me around for over an hour, and well they must like my caddy too cuz they took a while to search it lol, but in the end i got home... With my turbo kit in a 100lbs box.
I got the tcd manifold bolted up fits nice looks good to for a cast product.
I attempted to install the turbo to see if it would fit and wellll.... Its DOESNT!! ... The t3/t4 adapter extends down tooooooooooo far and now the turbo is coming in contact with with some of my sterring components!!, so im gunna check and see if i can get a shorter one or try an angled adapter! Tomorrow ill try amd get at a few other things like mounting elec. fan, intercooler, puttin ma new brakes on, some of the little things to move the Project along

Damn.. I like your positive attitude though! You could maybe find a T3 and T4 flange and have a shop build an adapter to the size you need.

I have a t3/t4 adapter, but its to long, if i could cut out a section from in between the flanges that would be ideal... But first ill look to see if there is a shorter one/angled on ebay
Or better yet, if i cut just one of the flanges flush off then cut downthe adapter from there... I was thinkin cut somewhere in the middle but that seems more difficult! Soo ill try that, and i really dont want to do this but i know if i use the cheap faccckin manifold from my kit it would fit :/

That's what I meant, find just some flanges and build your own adapter in the same style only angled / shorter, etc. You could mock it up with thick cardboard then have a shop plasma cut and weld it.
I'm not 100% positive, but I believe it would be difficult to reweld the one you have if you cut it because it is cast iron.
All of these options are more $ though too. Sucks.
