09 335i Door Trim

Hi guys.

My E90 335i has the OEM silver door trip - I want to upgrade to all black on the outer trim.

Has anyone done it before, and if so any idea on where to get the trim in black and is it a DIY ?

It's a DIY and you can buy it from the dealership.

Black vinyl looks pretty good, and it's ~10 bucks for a roll of one inch wide tape. It's cheap and easy to install and if you screw up, it comes right off

Why eBay of course lol. 3M makes a really durable vinyl in gloss, semi gloss, and matte (my fav) black
