Smile Friendly A+ Service !!

Went in today for my appointment to get my shifter done. Upon reaching there I informed Jay that I was having some issues with my new steering rack and was afraid it might not have been installed properly. Jay and Mike pulled the car in right away and started to work on it. After inspecting the rack, Jay explained to me what the problem was and adjusted the rack for me for no extra cost. Shortly after the shifter was installed and I was on my way back.

Steering now feels better than it ever has since I have owned the car. Shifter feels firm as it should and is definately an upgrade from my old sloppy one.

Thanks to Jay and Mike for taking the extra step and helping me with the rack . Car drives and feels amazing.

If your car is in need of any work call Stance Factory for great friendly service

Just out of curiosity, what was wrong with the steering rack? Kinked hose or something?

rack was not installed properly where it meets the steering column. Coupler is also worn and needs replacement. Part was not available for same day, regardless re-installation of rack fixed the issue I was having at full turns and I'm glad I went to SF!!
