I can scan and clear codes from any of the car models listed, and I can program options to the E46.
Deleting the DRLs is definitely something I can do.

***on a side note - for all the Scarborough peeps, or those of you that want to fill up before the meet up spot @ Kennedy Commons...
Shell gas station on the SE corner of Warden & Sheppard has 3 cents off per litre for any grade of fuel if you use your Air Miles card. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me, I just filled out last night.  (not sure if this promo applies to this one specific Shell or at others)

You're on E46.f aren't you? I talked to someone about this a few days ago, lol
I may be able to "fix" it by re-enabling the OBC feature. If the stalk itself is kaput, then you will need to replace it. We can for sure take a look, PM me your details!
