make one, pipe caps and threaded rod.
FYI, removal isn't the problem, pressing them back in is. To remove them just cut them out.

dont bother with stock rtab and making tools! Just buy poly bushings, they press right in.
I've done both and I can tell you get the poly urithane. for the extra 50$ the time and effort you save are well worth it!!!

That's right... pull the subframe ... apply propane torch to metal surrounding the tab, wait for yummy sizzling bacon sound... use any method desired to hammer, pull or yank them out...
Are they grouchy? apply more heat. Repeat.
You can do it with the subframe on the car... to do this effectively you do need a tool, or make a tool.

Yupp mines are poly too... to take them off i used a drill with a round bit (deep enough to go atleast half way) and cut out the middle.

I'd personally go with OEM mounts. Poly starts squeaking after a while.
Also, it is impossible to use limiters with poly. They already completely limit the trailing arms movement. Which is a bad thing actually.

poly is not advised, yes they are easy to put in, but the joint moves in more than one plane

I made a tool that you can borrow. You'll have to come to Guelph for it though.
