Got a bunch done today. Almost finished assembly just have to do timing and install VANOS.
I somehow managed to lose one head bolt washer, so if anyone knows where I can get one fast please let me know.
If I can find a new washer or find the old one by tomorrow I hope to have the engine in the car by the end of the day.

Haha I hope not, but I don't think so.
Made more progress today. Except I broke the exhaust cam, so if anyone has a cam they want to part with let me know.

I was rushing and forgot to put the washer on the front of the cam gear, so when torquing the bolt it was just pushing against the cam and popped the front right off. Stupid mistake.

Haha my impatience seems to continue to get the best of me.
Just looking for a stock non VANOS M50 cam. Or really anything that will fit that's preferably cheap.

^Thanks, best purchase I have made.
So getting a diff and a cam tonight, and my chip will be here tomorrow. Have to go to Michigan this weekend to find a place to live so hopefully I can squeeze in getting this thing running.
And if anyone wants anything brought up from the states let me know. I am moving to Michigan in May for work and will be back every weekend, let me know if you want something shipped to my place and I could bring it up for you. I know I am tired of paying customs, brokerage fees, duties.
