1992 bmw 325is radio code: I need tunes please help

I changed the battery in my 1992 BMW 325IS, when going to turn the radio on it only displayed "CODE" and no sound. I do not have this radio code and was hopeful another member may have had the same experience and would email the code to me.

Each radio has a specific code, usually there is a card in the owners
Manual booklet with the code.

The owners manual never came with the car when purchased

Check with previous owner if they know the code, otherwise check with the dealer if they can get the code somehow.

when the 'code' came up on me, i just got an aftermarket deck..

Call the dealer and give them the VIN. If the radio is from another car, you'll have to pull it out and give them the serial number on the unit. Should not be a charge...
