Need bluetooth/nav info

I just bought a 2007 X3 and I want to add at the least, Bluetooth support and perhaps navigation. Is this an easy retrofit? Any part numbers, aftermarket kits are appreciated.

For Bluetooth your best bet is probably to install a Denison Gateway 500 for ~ $400. This will give you iPod, AUX, bluetooth, USB and more for less money than the OEM bluetooth unit.

If you want NAV it will cost $1,600 to $3K. You can try these guys located in Quebec to see if they can do an X3. If not then the CIC retrofit guru is Patrys. Send him a PM or email.

Congrats on the new car, I pick up an X3 2 weeks ago as well.

For bluetooth, Ipod, etc. I ordered a unit from these guys:

I have one in my M3 and for the money it's very good. The DICE unit is almost twice the price and does pretty much the same thing.

I bought a DICE ipod adapter for my e46. After about a month it failed. So the dealer (can't remember who), sells me an "upgrade". It died too. Meanwhile, the $15 adapter I bought off eBay for my Toyota works like a trooper after years.

So no DICE for me. I'll look into the Grom unit.
