Just going to throw this out there... I am potentially looking for someone willing to participate in Gumball 2012 with me. The route is USA/Canada NYC to LA... (although against what we heard last time that they would never touch Canada again).
Please refer to the website for all details. I would be shipping my Hamann M5 from Dubai to NYC for the event OR perhaps you have a car you want to use and looking for a co-driver.
If you are serious about splitting costs and are a good driver wanting to do the event of a lifetime please send me a PM as I need to confirm my spot ASAP. Otherwise I will plan sooner for 2013.

$40k is nothing to pretty much all of the people who enter the rally. And it's for charity so it's more than likely tax deductible anyway. You also have to factor in fuel, and maintenance/repairs the car will need after the rally, but if you think about it, paying $20k each to spend a week touring and partying across the country with celebrities and other filthy rich bastards sounds like a pretty good vacation.

I believe its full pop for each or more for driver+ car and less for co-driver
