Will this hurt my chances of cleanest exterior/show and shine?

I have an all stock space grey metallic 128i convertible that I cherish. I have some very light scratches on my back bumper that can not be buffed out but it's not horrible, would a show and shine contest be pointless to enter because of this? I've never been to any car specific event nor have I ever been in any car contests at all however i will be attending regardless!!!

Gonna order a DA polisher and tons of other detailing stuff so I can get it all nice and clean (though it already is )
