I love the time of year when this thread gets going. This weather has me aching to get the E30 out! Soon, soon, but first the salt has to get washed away and huge puddles clear up.

I won't be arriving till April 1st. I won't have my new Mazdaspeed with chopped roof till the 26th.

Think we should try to drag some people out for then.

I'm very excited for more E30 drivers! I'm just getting some clutch, shifter and some other random bits sorted out, so I know how you feel not driving your favourite toy.

When is the car going to be on the road? Seems like it's being fixed for well over a month now

Yeah, probably. Gonna definitely turn up the boost this year once the subframe is in with corrected rear camber. Should help significantly with traction!

Did you see the recent Mythbusters where President Obama asked them to redo that myth? It failed. Again.

I realise that I don't come out all that often, but if I show up in something that's not a BMW, will I be shunned like a leper?

BTW, we did that death ray thing in high school physics -- because we had a small class (14 kids), our teacher used a magifier to intensify the reflected sunlight....right on to the focal point that he rigged up with a small explosive charge. KA-BLAMMO!

Yeah, I had a cool physics teacher.
