It was a big process. It's a dealer only part - $250.XX + tax.
theoretically, you have to drill out all the spot welds - I found it easier just to cut out the panel on the insides of the overlap, and then grind down the welded flaps after.
It took me 2-3hrs to cut it all out (that's after the bumper & trunk interior was removed), and another 3 hours to grind out the flaps and weld the new one in. I just tack welded it. Then, to do a clean job, you need to reapply seam sealer.
If you have rust forming my advice - TREAT IT RIGHT NOW
It's a pain to take the whole part out. You're better off cleaning it up asap, or just cutting out & having a custom piece installed in the local area.

Got one fender flare on today - pretty happy with the way it turned out. Also, the piece of fender that I cut out is heavier than the flare i installed, so that's always good

Hi shawn. Quick video of you at mosport. Terrible sound, taken w/ipod. I had a 325is e36. My dad and i spoke with you earlier in day. Really nice meeting you.
It was my second time at mosport. My line on that lap got real sloppy hopelessly trying to stay in check. I actually clipped the inside curb at corner 3! Not good

Yup, stock 92, 2.5 nv with a turner chip from previous owner. I switched out the 3.15 diff for a 3.91 but only went from 178kph to 186kph top speed up the back straight. Really helped everywhere else though. The back straight is still the killer when your short on hp.

Looked pretty good to me! You just need to add some go and you'll be ripping assholes.

I got the front fenders & flares installed today. Pretty happy with the turnout. Also test fitted it with a race wheel/tire - I'm going to have LOTS of room

I hear there's a semi-local company that makes spacers. If you order them now, you may have them by next season (lol)

Already have 20mm spacers up front, and 15mm in the rear. Don't really want to go much thicker than that
