Hey all,

Intrested in finding out if I'm able to install a heated steering wheel in a 2009 128.

Or would it be too hard to rewire.

My bf has been wanting one and I'd like to surprise him but need to know what it would require. I don't know if it was an option for that year. Can anyone give me details or link me with a shop that would know? I'm in the Toronto area.

Heated steering wheel was a factory option beginning in 2009s. I'm sure it could be retrofitted but it's likely a high cost to do so.

If you want a heated steering wheel, you need to buy one. Find out which models came equipped with heated steering wheels and swap it.

E90 got heated steering wheel in MY'09 and premium package. It would be a direct fit into E82.
