Hater! lol. I'd take the S54 in a heartbeat. The way that motor churns is just pure driving bliss. Though, driving a 300-400HP 335i vert is quite a lot of fun.
I agree on the weight part. The M coupe will be far, far more tossable vs a 335i although my experience is limited to driving only the +500lb convertible variant (stock and modded)... If the 07 M coupe is anything like Jay's S54 Roadster, it'll be a fantastic nimble car strapped to a powerhouse!

I had a z4 for a week I hated getting in and out of it, and lack of place to put things, but it was a blast to drive in and out of traffic!!!

If it's from a southern state, possibly a CPO... you bet I would! Smooth roads lacking pot holes, and the car has never seen winter? I'd be nuts to do otherwise. Bring one over, I'll let you take the profit.
Also, it's true the e9x rides softer and is more comfortable compared to the e46 and e36, it's also true that the e9x has a superior chassis and handling compared to the e46 and e36. It's true that the e9x is a chicks car... if the chick values handling/dynamics and likes to go to the track. e46 non-m needs mods to really enjoy a track, even the ZHP (which I owned for 4 yrs)... e9x sport works out of the box, and much better too. (and no, I don't own a e9x).

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Just about anyone who has driven the car will say you don't know what you're talking about.

I call E9x chicks cars with the exception of the M3, because the whole "soft car feel" has been introduced in order to please the public so that they can sell and make money. Did anyone of you ever drove or at least rode in a E9x non-m? Even the all so all mighty 335i is pretty sh1t, it feels heavy and just not right. Sure its pretty fast but overall its NOT a car for an enthusiast, no way. Its for the general public. Garbage.

Is that your way of justifying having an older car?
The 335i is an amazing car. Period. You don't like the 'soft car feel'? Get the sport pack.
