It's legit and it's a nice car. The price - based on its condition and rarity - I can't verify this but I think it may be the only 1994 EURO Spec M3 Sedan in Canada.

there were 45 of those cars imported to Canada iin 1994. Others have been imported from Japan. It's a nice car, but only of interest to certain people. Most that were imported were 2 door.

There were 45 imported by BMW Canada. And they were ALL coupes.
Nobody knows how many imported ones there are on the roads now, because there is no tracking private imports, like the car in question. The ones imported by BMW Canada have probably a bit of extra value, because they are "official" and have the number plaques, which the private imports of course do not have. Sedans of 94 vintage would certainly be very rare.
