welcome to maxbimmer! Awesome ride, love the red interior. What is that thing on the central-left air vent?

cool, i thought it was something like those bluetooth speaker modules for cellphones... but didn't think that would be the case as it probably already has that built into the iDrive.

Hey golf hero glad you are enjoying the new ride!
Here's mine the day I picked it up. I have done some mods since then.
So not as stock looking.
It's interlogos blue on black with piano black trim.

Sweet! Interlagos blue looks great. For mods, I have RPI scoops, block off plates and BMW filters on order. After that some tint and CF mirrors. Probably going to hold off on anything else (exhaust, headers, etc) for awhile...

I did the scoops and filters, the cf front lip. Spacers 15 rear 12 front.
Going to sways and coilovers in the next couple weeks as well as exhaust.
Want to do cf mirrors and gills and kidneys. Then I will
probably go with the adv.1 rims.
Love the colour but man it marks easily!

Thanks! Love the colour. My m3 was steel grey and my m5 was silverstone. So when I saw the m6 I thought never seen that before. So I got it. Then I'm driving it home and a vert m6 interlagos pulls up beside me. And I thought it was rare!
But that's the only other one I've seen booting around.

Those are all great colours. I loved Steel grey, you rarely see that colour though. A lot of the 2001s to 2003s were Titanium Silver, people didn't seem to buy greys back then. Silverstone is my fave E60 M5 colour too!
Both my 330Ci and M3 are Silver Grey. The only reason I bought my M3 is because while driving my 330 I had always told myself there's no way I'd get rid of it unless I found a Silver Grey with Competition pkg and 6 speed. Comp and 6 speed is super rare, but then a leased one got dropped off here and I told myself I had no choice but to buy it. I'd be totally happy with Interlagos Competition pkg too, IL Blue is ultra rare on the M3s.
Hope you enjoy your car.
