I'd be in for the more expensive stuff as well but I only need 1 window so I'm not sure I count...

I would rather do the 200$. I am very concerned about my new moldings getting cut, so if there is no cutting being done on the car I'm happy.

The mini should be cheaper than others given it has 5 small square windows.
What is this 'moldings cut' business? Not familiar with that problem.

You will sometimes get razor cuts in the outside moldings when they cut out the shape, because they lay it in the outside of the glass first. With Autotrendz they have a machine that has all the different vehicles in it and cuts them automatically.

ah I see... which formula 1 tint is your buddy offering at $200 - classic (dyed) or comfort (semi-metallic)?
need - tint!

thats a good question. I don't think its semi metallic because that has kind of a mirror finish and it doesn't have that.

I think the semi-metallic is referring to the type of tint. Metallic is best optically and lasts longer from what I remember, but chromius couldn't use it due to his antenna being in the rear window. It also affects alarms and radar detectors.

Ya you can get tinted for 200 anywhere, regular price. This is 100 off reg price. Best film and best cutter. But your call.

Yeah, I'd much rather spend a little more for a good quality tint that's not gonna turn purple in a few years, or start to bubble.

God damn science. Could we choose our tinting place by natural selection instead of intelligent design?
