m3 swap

hey guys i have a 93 318is and im looking to do a full m3 motor swap(s52). i believe i found a guy who i will be buying the motor with all accesories, tranny, driveshaft, diff, axels, rear sub frame, and ecu. I've been trying to do some research on the swap but im not havin much luck. now i hear i have to make the motor obd1 wich involves putting on a s50 intake manifold, changing quite a few sensors on the head, disconnecting the post o2 sensor. ive also been told by one person that i would have to move and weld new motor and tranny mounts.
if anyone has done this swap could you let me know if this information is correct or if im missing anything.
