Beware acp!!!!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share a dealing i had with ACP today. Very disappointed. I needed an ignition switch for my e36. Since Alex has some used parts i called him to see if he had one and he did. I paid his asking price. He said if i had any problems to let him know. I take my car apart to replace it and find out it is the incorrect switch for my car. I call several times to no avail. Finally call and get through and i explain the situation. He has no idea of what i was talking about (how reassuring, i thought he was a bmw expert) and asks to send pictures. I do so and ask him to call me back. 4+ hours roll by (my car still apart) no answer from him so i call him back. He says hes too busy to talk call you later. I said the part you sold me (never installed) is incorrect for my car. He said it was my problem and would not refund the money since he didn't have the correct switch. Not the right answer i wanted to hear. He wasn't too concerned about screwing me over!!!!

!!!BEWARE!!!! Will never deal with again! it's not the money it is the principal.

Found another local source who had the correct switch. All is good now with the bimmer.

Sorry to hear about that. Pretty frustrating
