I've played vball everyweek for 4 years, and been playing squash 3/4 times a week since last summer. Yoga too. Lauren and I play squash @ the gym; I don't normally do the weight training stuff. It's boring as all hell, but we are actually doing squash and weights tonight.
Just imagine how out of shape I'd be if I didn't do all this, lol. Exercise + steady diet of nachos and wings = completely average body.

We coulda been playing squash all this time at your place!! Now you've gone and ruined that with a house purchase.

I'd like to see some research done on the actual carbon footprint that OC transpo has. Diesel buses and mostly empty off-peak hour buses probably tip the scale away from actually being environmentally friendly.
The new double decker buses look pretty cool though.
