damn...don't know they deal with alignment. You are right OZ , that might be a good idea..instead of paying someone else to do the job..

woodbridge alignment doesn't use any laser's or mirrors, it's all by eye. Also they charged me for the rear, later I found out that my rear cannot be adjusted, so they charged me for nothing. I'm not going back there again.

Independent Tuning in Scarborough. They have a brand new rack they just acquired and setup a lot of cars. I believe 2 of the three guys there have professional racing experience........ so they know what they are doing as well.

wow I will have to second guess going there, I have only had good experiences with them and my car always comes out perfect. Maybe I need to comparison shop...

Yeah I heard good things about them too, thats why I tried them out. But I guess they're still doing the old school when other shops have moved on.

I don't see how something by sight is better than the laser - it could come close but never exact.

it's not that they didn't do it by laser, it's the fact that they charged me for something they didn't do. Laser is obviously more accurate, you might as well have the latest technology when doing it, prices don't defer that much either. Why risk greater chance of human error? It's your money after all.

I've been to Woodbridge alignment twice with my 328. I will NEVER go back to that shop. The first time I went, I wanted -2.5 degrees rear camber. They left a night coat of oil on my grey steering wheel, seats, stained my grey carpet with oil near the gas pedal, and coated my rear wheels and rotors in oil from their air tools. I went back a few weeks later because I noticed my car was handling really weird, I had got -2.2 degree of camber on one side and like -3.5 on the other. He told he whoever did my alignment last time had no idea what he was doing, I told him he did my alignment. I left and just went to Bavarian Motors.
I've heard a lot of good things from IAC as well.
