Got some progress to document from the weekend! As of now, all 4 calipers are rebuilt and ready for action. The rear caliper adapter is fitted, although I had to grind a bit off of the carrier to clear the discs at the back... all is well! Also installed the 100mm wheel studs, which I'll admit are a tad too long. Luckily, it gives me enough room to play with spacers a bit. My initial plan was to have 20mm spacers made... but after seeing how much room I have, I may go to a 25mm just for the heck of it. I also switched my rear spring choice after looking at ride heights and perch ideas. Going to an 8" 350# spring.
Calipers on the go...
Disc bolted on, caliper carrier bolted on, just double checking fitment.
Obligatory wheel stance pic to keep me motivated

This is only a 16mm spacer. Add another 9mm to that, and it will be nice and close to the fender!
Still have to do:
Rear spring perches
Entire front brake system
Buy some high grade bolts for the steering linkage to install spherical bearing tie rods
25mm spacers all around, and possibly figure out how to make the hubs (at least the front) hubcentric
Bolt in fuel cell to the framework
Entire exhaust system
I think by then it should theoretically drive at this point... Not sure if I'l be able to make my deadline of April 21st!
