The days of performance street mods are becoming too painful on the wallet. Go back to car audio............... least you can roll up the window !!!

wow whats up with your toronto cops?
my exaust is so loud it's crazy and i drive past cops alll the time. Never once even got a second look unless i was speeding. All this talk about it being illegal to have any other exaust on your car except oem just seems like such bull shit to me. How can they even make that law? i'm sorry to hear about your tickets man but i'm glad to hear your fighting them. I think pretty well anyone on the site would do the same. I usualy hate it when ppl come on here to complain about tickets but this is the first time i've actually felt for someone and got pissed off at the stupid cop who pulled you over who had nothing better to do.

That OEM rule is crap - so, if my OEM tires go bald, I have to buy the same tires and no other competitor's tire? Same analogy.

Sad part is that cop was in a BAD MOOD and guys like us have to pay for this.
He didn't even give me a chance to discuss it before writing the tickets ,worse yet he let me know that if I disagree with him he will punish me with more tickets.
I felt like a kid being told by an adult and I had no saying in this matter.
So as a warning to you guys ,think twice before you put any type of after market item on your car.You never know when you can be approached by the same kind of cop in the future. Things are getting tougher for us car enthusiasts.
I've spoke to the shop representative that installed this muffler on my car but they won't back me up in this case.
Take care All.

WOW.....i thought one ticket would cancel out the other. how can the exhaust be improper? its mounted properly, its not punctured or anything, so its safe. even if it's too loud, that can't always be blamed on the muffler.
