Yes, I still have some kicking around. The tube is 3" diameter and the filter is 6.5" from base to top (not including neck).

I'm going to guess that it most likely wouldn't fit in an E36 with headlight washers would it?

They will fit with washer jet option. As 1BADBMR mentioned above, they even fit in with projector housings.
