Anyone recommend a place to buy a kw coilover tool?

I cant find mine and since i just sold my oversized 20s for 18s i can go lower. Any places that sell at a reasonable price? The easy alternative is ebay for $15 but id have to wait 2-3 week.

Reasonable price is the hard part. It's possible to use a hammer and punch to loosen/tighten the locking ring. Use your best judgement - don't beat it up. If it's really stuck then stop and get the right tool.

If you give the lock ring a firm rap - in the right direction, it should come loose. With the suspension unloaded, the adjustment ring should move freely. Goes without saying, everything must be squeaky clean to prevent galling.

This hammer / punch technique is usually reserved for situations where the normal tool can't be used..... stripped corners, or other damaged fasteners.

I'm going to confess, I did this on my recent coil over install. I was thinking the shop that will do the corner weight balance will have the tools, so I didn't buy any. I didn't realize that I would have to adjust before installing. The rings on the BC coilovers are super hard so the punch didn't even leave a mark.
