Help

Hi. I wonder if someone maybe able to give me some advise on my 2010 BMW 335i X Drive. My battery went flat over the past few months as I have had the vehicle in the garage for the past 3 months. I boosted the vehicle and after a few cranks it started. Unfortunately I notice that the lights, Power Windows, indicators and the Power mirrors are not working. My navigation, radio, heater and A/C are working. I did have a 4x4 warning but that cleared after driving it.
I was wondering if anyone would have any suggestions for these issues and was it because the battery had lost power.
Many thanks for your advise.
Eamonn.
