e36 questions
Hey everyone. Right now i got a honda civic si that i desperately want to sell to get an e36 and had some questions. Of course the main car that i would want to get would be hte M3 but if i cant find one for my price range what are my other options. 328is or 325. I would like a 2 door and it would have to be a manual. Also how is the reliability of the e36 cars i would probbaly buy a 96 or 97. How long do they last etc.. Thanks

325 and 328 have almost same power 192/193bhp.
The enguine of the 328i is made of aluminium and has a bit more torque here in Europe (dunno if it is same in Amerika)

why not get an E30 and drop an M3 motor in? hella fast...costs less than a 328, and rapes E36 M3's

Here the 328 still uses the cast iron block, only the Z3 2.8 got the aluminum one. The torque difference is pretty large.
