Tune is *everything*. If you're not tuned you're not getting nearly the benefit out of the turbo, and you're running the risk of damaging something.

Who can / will tune it depends on what engine management software you're using.

Guess I can officially check in here. Not done by a long shot but started tuning the E30. HUGE THANKS TO NOTORIOUS VR, very patient and intelligent tuner, don't hesitate to contact him for your tuning needs. Unlike many other tuners who are married to one EMS, or throw in the towel if your car has any issues, his knowledge and experience covers everything needed to get your engine running right.

648whp at 18psi so far, hoping for around 800 all said and done:

What are your plans for the body of the car? Widebody of some sort?
