@OP: lots of people have given you a company to call
Aviva, RBC, Dejardins, Meloche Monex etc

What's the full story behind your policy to get that price?
e39 M5 on the insurance scale is pretty expensive, it costs more to insure than newer Austin Martins, 911's, Audi RS4 etc. I'd like to know how to get my rates so low please.

Male, 36, married, no accidents/tickets, 15km commute to work, 1M liability, $300 deductibles for comp/collision.
Discounts:
P.Eng(PEO membership), multi vehicle, house insurance with them as well.
My wife's '03 530i is $89/month so not much less.

Hmm..254$/month isn't that bad specially if you live in the GTA, i would suggest you to try Kanetix to get an idea of whats the lowest quote...i pay 225$(Belairdirect the cheapest i think)for my 1997 bmw M3 one way coverage and am 19 and with driving record but the thing is that i live in Ottawa wich is considerably cheaper than Toronto.

I pay $191 for a 2000 Audi A8.
Alextorobto, Aviva covered my 1992 525iT and rate was $120 a month.
