Braking will be better with snow tires on any vehicle versus a vehicle with just all weather/season tires. I'm saying if it were a RWD car versus FWD then turning would not be as good on the RWD.

I think you guys scared the original poster away. His last sign of life was on page 2...Over 3000 views though - not bad!
That snow vs AWD video was awesome! The 4x4 crowd has a saying - the more capable get truck just gets stuck in the deeper mud.

awd does nothing to help you turn or stop ... especially if you have inadequate tires.

You seem to be fixated on snow tires for some reason. Maybe you should use snow tires in the summer too. Muhahahahahahha.

He's laughing because delirium makes one do many abnormal things.

That's not a bad idea! Not for OUR hard core machines, but wifey's Odyssey??? Why not .... I put new snows on it last year and a new set of Hankook V4 this summer.... Those tires will still be new when that van dies.

That is the used car market 101.
Most new car/big dealers will not hold on to anything over 4 years and with over XXXXXX amount of km's, regardless of car and condition.

So true. Once he told me, "we put them up for sale in a bidding war with other dealers", I knew what I was in for haha. My buddy was buying a 2012 328I coupe, so I just came with him anyway. Btw do fresh trade ins come with any service records or nah?

Read his statement again. He says the results would be different for turning, but not different for braking.
