Anybody want to help with CCV?

Hey im just wondering if somebody who has installed a ccv on an m54 would be willing to help me install or will install for a decent price.


Ive never installed it before and would like a hand!

I would but the hose that connects to the valve cover broke and i cant drive it

you should have just taped that up well and spent a weekend afternoon.... not much room for extra hands other then your own

I drove around with the VC outlet taped up for a month and nothing happened

Haha I know what you mean! The only thing is I've never done it before so I'm completely on what do to. I've watched a bunch of diys but it's a lot harder when you do it yourself :p

just for future refrence, you will never need a ccv hose for your car to run. it helps with the emissions so at worst youll get a fault code ... all it does is vents the engine, so you dont want to completely plug it but as long as nothing gets in, and pressure can get out your fine.

like he said it was taped for a month and all was gravy. I'm at islington and dundas sorry I couldnt get back to you sooner
