What E92 328XI would it be?

My friend is looking to buy a 2012 328xi coupe, the last year E92 coupe. So the other day we went for a test drive and this it what he picked to test drive,

2012 Black on red , but no sport seats. It had a havigation, premium sound, sunroof, tiptronic, very original natural looking leather and not letterete. The deal is asking $43 000 + HST with 10 000km on the clock. Is this like 328xi base model? My friend does not know much about cars, and that why I told him to go with a sportpackage just for a better resale down the road. So what 328xi is this and is it a good deal?

Sounds like it has the Premium and Navigation Packages so definitely not base. I can't comment on pricing though but it might be worth seeing if there are similar cars on autotrader to get an idea. You'll also want to know if it is CPO or not (those typically cost more).

That's what I had in my mind as well, as being premium with Navi and minus sport. As for the CPO, they are selling as with factory warranty. So they want $2400 for the CPO extra warranty. We also test drove it with summer tires, so add $2000 for the winter tires, my friend is looking at 50K on the road.
