Braking= don't drive to fast. What about corning= don't drive too fast. What about stability=what about stability. What about comfort=stupid question. What about fuel mileage=who cares, your driving a luxury car. What about weight=what another stupid question. What about maintenance=a real stupid question.
Since your making a list, I'd like to add to it..
What about cold weather? what about warm weather? what about the elevation your driving at ? What about driving at night ? What about driving during the day ? What about driving over non paved roads ? What about bla bla bla more irrelevant what abouts...
Muhahahahahah

Why are you laughing? You're coming off like a total dickhead. A dickhead who will probably end up rear ending someone because they're too cheap to buy winter tires.

A suggestion might be take it to a indy shop and have them do a inspection, you can then be sure you get a unbiased checklist of borderline items that would need changing/replacing within a year. You could then leverage this to either bring down the cost of the car or have them agree to do the work on condition of sales.
If the Indy shop says it checks out fine, then you get a peace of mind as you drive away.
Good luck.
Lastly, you want to still ask for a Carfax report just in case.

Nah the car is 2005 330Ci sport ZHP. So it is a fresh trade in, but not a CPO. Yeah I thought not to trust a dealer.

No way will BMW CPO something that old. They took it as a trade to make the bigger sale. If they can't turn it after a month, likely they will sell to a local parts junkyard or ship to a 3rd world Country.
Good luck in your search.

Yeah, but I just want a clean car. Btw I am not even expecting much because the sales advisor said that, they would put the dealers or the buyers in a bidding war to get the most money out of that car. So I may as well just go the other route.

+1. I'd say the results would be different in turning but not braking if they used RWD. It's a nice marketing video.

wait what? explain to me how does it brake better if it were RWD instead of FWD, you know braking is done by brakes & tires, not by the drive wheels.
