Vibration at highway speeds

So I know my car vibrates at highway speeds b/c of my tires. I don't feel like throwing them out just yet b/c they have a lot of life left in them (but will replace them next year).

Only question I have is, is it safe to track these tires? Am I risking a blowout or anything? They DON'T have bubbles on them.

They could vibrate front end components causing un necessary wear to the front end. The vibration has to end up somewhere

When was the last time you got your wheel balancing done? it should be performed once a year. They won't blow out unless the thread is almost finished or if you have a bubble.
