215/45 is a bit difficult to fit as it's too tall of a diameter. If you go 17x9 +15 205/45 or 215/40 are ideal.

oh yip cool, thanks - now what would be the most aggressive you could go with the offset before your doing major fender work? before posting here had +8/+10 in mind. Main reason im stressing/worried about rubbing on the suspension.... cant flare them out much!

First post and it's in a thread that's been going for 7 years! Nice.
Anyway, looking to do some suspension mods to my stock 325e to include lowering with eibach sport springs and bilsteins. Looking at Drag dr-37 wheels. they're 16x7 et25+. Looking at 205/50R16 Continental Extreme contact DW tires. Just to make sure, will these fit with no scrubbing issues?

Adding spacers is a lot easier than shaving wheel hubs. I'd say order them +15 and add small spacers if you'd like, but it's up to you.

Cool thanks. It's nice to see a useful thread live longer than a month or two. When I get home on R&R I'll take some before and after pics of my Bimmer to post.
BTW, here is a couple of links to some offset and wheel calculators that I use to help me choose wheels and tires:
www.jonathanrowny.com/page/offset-calculator
http://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php...&Submit=Submit
They also simulate tire stretch on the wheels to give you an idea of everything.

Hi, I'm new to this and hope I'm doing this right. I've got a very low '91 318. Will 215 60 14's on Basketweaves fit a lowered car?

B15 Sentras are 4x114.3, so no.

Order the 15x8 +25 4x100 version. You'll need 3-5mm spacers to clear the front struts and 205/50 tires.
